NAME
     radeonfb - ATI Radeon framebuffer driver

SYNOPSIS
     radeonfb* at pci?
     wsdisplay* at radeonfb?

DESCRIPTION
     The radeonfb driver provides support for ATI Radeon GPUs.  The driver
     provides backlight control on laptops via wsconsctl(8), as well as 2D
     acceleration for rasops(9) operations.

     This driver is primarily used on architectures without support for
     drm(4).  On newer systems, radeondrm(4) can be used to take advantage of
     full hardware acceleration.

           Radeon 9500 / 9500 Pro (R300)
           Radeon 9600 / 9600 Pro (RV350)
           Radeon 9700 / 9700 Pro (R300)
           Radeon 9800 / 9800 XL (R350)
           Radeon X600 Pro (RV380)
           Radeon X300 / Radeon X550 (RV370)
           Mobility Radeon 9000 (RV250)
           Mobility Radeon 9200 (RV280)
           Mobility Radeon 9500 (RV360)
           Mobility Radeon 9550 (RV360)
           Mobility Radeon 9600 (RV350)
           Mobility Radeon X600 (RV380)
           Mobility Radeon X300 (RV370)
           FireMV 2400 (RV380)

     The radeonfb driver first appeared in NetBSD 4.0.
